Conical fermenter stand how to check
  1. Open the valve (the outlet valve of the fermentor). This is always open during the experiment.
  2. Turn on the main power switch, turn on the steam generator tap, turn the water into the steam generator, and turn off the faucet when the red light is on.
  3. The fermenter will open the air compressor switch and open the air into the air tank. When the pressure reaches 2Kg (0.2Mpa), the air compressor will be turned off.
  4. Pass a certain amount of deionized water into the fermenter through the sampling hole so that it does not pass through the air nozzle.
5, open the intake valve of the fermenter.
  6. When the pressure in the tank rises to 0.05 MPa, close the intake valve and turn the sampling knob of the fermenter to the tightest position to prevent air leakage. At this time, the pressure in the tank remains constant within 30 minutes, and the airtightness is good.
