Conical fermenter for sale maintenance considerations
When cleaning the fermenter, use a soft-bristle brush for brushing. Do not scratch it with a hardener so as not to damage the surface of the fermenter.
The supporting instrument should be calibrated once a year to ensure normal use.
Electric equipment, instruments, sensors and other electrical equipment are strictly prohibited to directly contact with water and steam to prevent moisture.
When the equipment is out of service, it should be cleaned in a timely manner, drain the remaining water in the fermentation tank and all the pipelines, and loosen the fermentation tank lid and hand hole screws to prevent permanent deformation of the sealing ring.
Carbon steel equipment such as operating platforms and constant temperature water tanks should be painted regularly (once a year) to prevent rust.
Always check the oil level of the reducer. If the lubricant is not enough, increase it.
Regularly change gearbox oil to extend its service life.
If the fermenter is not in use temporarily, the fermenter needs to be empty, and the remaining water in the tank and in the pipes must be drained.
