Unitank/Fermenter

The unitank/fermenter is the most common style of fermenting vessel. Yeast is added to the wort and controlled fermentation takes place. Fermentation times vary greatly depending upon beer style, type of yeast and fermentation temperatures. The size and number of fermenters are two major factors that determine the annual production of a brewery.

All tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume.  All Cone come standard with a Racking Arm.
The cooling system is a dimple jacket with insulated Polyurethane filled.  All tanks are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI.

How to use stainless steel wine fermenter
1. Fermenter calibration pH electrode and dissolved oxygen electrode
2. Tank sterilization. According to the needs of the media into the tank, sealed as required after the tank into a large sterilization pot sterilization (115 °C, 30 minutes).
3. After the tank is cooled, place it on the fermentation bench and install it well. Open the cooling water, turn on the air pump power, connect the ventilation pipe to start ventilation, adjust the air intake knob to make proper ventilation, and turn on the fermentor to set the temperature. pH, stirring speed, etc., start the rotation at 640r/min for 30min, and set the dissolved oxygen electrode to be 100.
4. After the temperature is stable and all the parameters are correct, the pre-swallowed seeds are inserted, the fermentation timing starts, and various parameters are started to be recorded.
5. After the fermentation is completed, the tank body and the electrode are cleaned, and the electrode is inserted into a 4M potassium chloride flask for use.
