Types of beer brewing fermenter
Fermentation tanks are mainly divided into two types: solid fermentation tanks and liquid fermentation tanks. We can divide the fermentation tanks into ventilated and anaerobic tanks according to their size, volume, and functionality. Fermenter agitation devices are generally mechanically agitated and non-mechanical agitated.
The tank size of the fermenter is usually from 50L to 5000L and can be individually customized according to the user's requirements. General fermenters are vertical, with standard jackets, with a round turbine stirring device. Biofermenters generally use stainless steel 316L fermentation tanks, and the rest are sometimes used 304 materials.
The design pressure adopted by the biofermenter generally has its usual form. If there are special requirements, special design can be made according to the requirements. The design pressure of the general inner cylinder is 0.25 MPA, and the pressure of the jacket design is 0.33 Mpa. Fermentors are generally surface mechanically polished, ra is less than or equal to 0.35, and the surface upper and lower heads are polished. The inner tube uses a matt finish.
