Unitank/Fermenter

The unitank/fermenter is the most common style of fermenting vessel. Yeast is added to the wort and controlled fermentation takes place. Fermentation times vary greatly depending upon beer style, type of yeast and fermentation temperatures. The size and number of fermenters are two major factors that determine the annual production of a brewery.

All tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume.  All Cone come standard with a Racking Arm.
The cooling system is a dimple jacket with insulated Polyurethane filled.  All tanks are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI.

 -Dimple plate jacket for glycol cooling (cover body & bottom);

  - Bottom outlet with TC Butterfly valve;

  - Adjustable legs with pads;

Maintenance of beer brewing fermenter
1. If the air inlet pipe and the outlet pipe joint leak, when screwing the joint does not solve the problem, the filler should be added or replaced.
2, pressure gauges and safety valves should be regularly checked, if there is a failure to promptly exchange or repair.
3, electrical equipment, instruments, sensors and other electrical equipment is strictly prohibited direct contact with water and steam to prevent moisture.
4. When the equipment is stopped, it should be cleaned in time, drain the remaining water in the fermentation tank and all the pipelines; loosen the fermentation tank lid and the screw of the hand hole to prevent the sealing ring from permanent deformation.
5. If the fermenter is not in use temporarily, empty the fermenter and drain the remaining water in the tank and the pipes.
